Fairly easy route that will take us on a ride on the slopes of Mount Inici. From the northern side where Castellammare, our starting point, is located to the southern side with the ruins of Inici Castle. We will reach them after pedalling through an area completely surrounded by nature, with endless rows of vineyards along the roads. After the castle we will visit the Aurora butcher shop, where we can grill meat on the barbecues provided by the shop. Once sated, we will begin the descent that will take us to the Temple of Segesta, before returning to Castellammare.
